I would not even give this company a 1 star they are horrible. They were supposed to get to my house between 8-12, finally I got someone at 2:00 and they said the tech didn't have a phone, they were having to fax him a note at an electrical store. They are RUDE, they are difficult to work with and they seem like they are running their business out of their basement. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE, you will be very disappointment. The call center is even worse, Jennifer is supposed to be the manager, she was hiding from the calls, how unprofessional. This place will not be in business long especially with Jennifer running the call center.
